With this post I want to start what it will or wants to be preparation of my first Ironman 70.3
After my trip in Stockolm with Joachim we proposed to do our first Ironman 70.3 and we thought about Monaco. At the moment I am in Denmark and to aproach the goal I would like to find some stability that I didn’t find here. But, If I do it on the next 2 months I will put my crono at 0 and start the preparation.
For the moment I will keep training in my Bodybike sesions and some running. The swimming will come soon.
